Yeronga State High School is committed to providing all students with a safe and supportive environment where all students can learn free from discrimination based on gender, language, sexuality, culture, ethnicity, religion, health, disability or socioeconomic background. We take pride in creating a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for all students and live by the values of Harmony, Quality and Sustainability. Our staff are skilled and trained to support students from diverse backgrounds and we are always seeking capable and dynamic staff to join our team.

Yeronga State High School is a smaller school with just over 700 students with plenty of space for students and staff to connect in a dynamic learning environment on 60 acres of land. Within short walking distance to the trainline and main road delivering range of bus services to site, it is the perfect inner-city school if you are seeking a more sustainable way to work. Yeronga is only 5 kms from Brisbane City and is easily accessible from both the northside and southside of Brisbane. While car parking can be difficult in and around schools, we offer ample car parking that is available for staff on site.

We are always seeking dynamic relief and supply teachers to engage with our students and assist them with the continuity of learning. If you are seeking relief work, short term contracts, please email bsm@yerongashs.eq.edu.au . A member of our Executive Team will be in contact with you.
