​​​Our annual Awards evening is held in mid November each year. 

  • ​The Annual Awards Overview document outlines each award's intent and criteria.
  • Using this form, students, staff and parents nominate a student for the award category they wish to be considered.
  • A student can be nominated for more than one award.
  • Separate forms must be used for each nomination.
  • Student must consider the award criteria and address how they meet the criteria.
  • If more room is required for addressing the criteria please attach a separate piece of paper.
  • The school reserves the right to make the final decision.
  • Nominations must be handed to the Student Services office by 3.00pm, Week 2, Term 4.
